GETTING TO KNOW ONE ANOTHER

Usually by phone, this is where I learn about your personal style, what type of work you are looking for, what effect you want it to create in your setting, and practical concerns like budget and time frame.  This initial conference is complimentary.

SITE VISIT 

When appropriate, I'll schedule an appointment to take measurements and photographs at your site to aid in design and construction.

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN 

Using what I've learned about your situation, I make initial sketches.  These are refined as necessary to fully develop your ideas.  For large architectural projects, additional construction drawings or blueprints may be necessary.  Design time is billed at a flat rate of $45/hr.

DESIGN SAMPLES

Not always necessary, samples are the best way to convey a design's full impact.  Samples are billed at the basic shop rate of $60/hr.  Charges are credited against a job's full price.

CONSTRUCTION

Depending on the scope of the job, lead time is 3-12 weeks.  A 50% deposit is required to begin work.

INSTALLATION

If necessary, we will come to your site for installation of the finished work.
